3. Using this website
This website is provided to help you learn about Doukas Aparthotel and Doukas Deluxe, explore their rooms and amenities, and check availability. You may use it for these purposes only, and agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, the systems behind it, or any related booking infrastructure;

4. Bookings
This website does not process reservations or take payment directly. When you choose to book, you are taken to our booking partner's secure booking engine (currently provided by Little Hotelier, a SiteMinder product, at direct-book.com), where you will see live availability and pricing, and complete your reservation.
The specific terms of your stay — including cancellation policy, payment and deposit terms, check-in and check-out times, and house rules — are those presented to you on the booking engine at the time of booking, and form part of the contract between you and Doukas Hotels for that reservation. We recommend reading them carefully before confirming a booking.
Any dates, prices, or availability shown on pages of this website outside the booking engine itself are indicative and subject to change without notice; they are not a binding offer.
5. Accuracy of information
We take reasonable care to keep the descriptions, photographs, and amenity information on this website accurate and up to date. However, rooms, facilities, and surroundings may change over time, and we do not guarantee that every detail shown will exactly match what you find on arrival. If something matters to your decision to book, please confirm it with us directly before or after booking.

9. Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doukas Hotels excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and for any interruption, error, or inaccuracy in its content, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Greek or EU law (for example, in cases of fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
This clause does not limit our responsibilities to you under the specific terms of a confirmed booking, which are governed separately as described in Section 4.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising from your use of this website that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country of residence under EU law.
